According to the characteristics of product indicators, the production cycle of graphite block is about 90-110 days.

The graphite block is produced by advanced production technology and equipment. The product has the characteristics of large bulk density, high compressive and flexural strength, low porosity, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It is the preferred material for the processing of metallurgical furnace, resistance furnace, furnace lining material and conductive electrode, chemical equipment, mechanical mold and various graphite parts. It can also be processed into graphite plates of different specifications. It has the characteristics of good conductivity, high temperature resistance, acid-base corrosion resistance and easy processing. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and electrochemical industry.

Graphite block special carbon products can be divided into 0.8/2/4/6mm different particle sizes according to the particle size of raw materials. The product specifications mainly include rectangle: 800-4000mm length, 400-800mm wide and 400-800mm high, which can be customized. Cylindrical specifications: diameter 730 / 830 / 930 / 1030mm, height 370mm, can be customized according to customer needs.

The raw materials are high-quality petroleum coke and coal tar pitch graphitized at 2800 ℃.
