What are graphite blocks used for?

Carbon graphite blocks are widely used in electronics, metallurgy, chemical industry, steel and other fields, with stable product quality and performance. Used for industrial furnace sintered diamond tool molds under high temperature treatment in the electronics and semiconductor industries, chemical equipment, silicon carbide furnaces, and graphite furnaces in the non-ferrous metallurgy and processing machinery industries.

How is graphite block made?

1. Select 70-90 parts of anthracite, select 5-10 parts of a catalyst element or its compound, and 10-20 parts of silica;
2. Pulverize and mix the components evenly, put them into the press, and heat up and increase the pressure;
3. Raise the temperature to 400℃～1000℃, and the pressure is 10～50KPa;
4. Heat preservation for 10 to 40 minutes; this method directly uses coal to manufacture artificial graphite, thereby manufacturing graphite blocks. The process is simple and easy to implement, and the energy saving benefits are outstanding. The proportion of the product is slightly lighter, and the particle size is 0.05 to 1 mm. The performance is not inferior, and the lubricating performance is good.
