Graphite crucible graphite sagger is dried and then inspected according to the standard of semi-finished products. The qualified products enter the glazing process to brush on the glaze, and the glaze layer is dried before firing into the kiln. The purpose of firing is to increase the density and mechanical strength of the crucible and improve the product quality.
Graphite crucible production process is as follows:
(1) The main raw material of graphite crucible is graphite powder, and there are other materials mixed in it. Many manufacturers want to do this product, but they just don't know the formula inside the material, so they dare not invest easily, and the material ratio is reasonable to produce qualified crucible products.
(2) The recipe of crucible needs a heat preservation biaxial mixing barrel to mix all the materials together according to the ratio.
(3) After mixing the materials, a paste measuring hopper is needed to measure how much material is needed to press a crucible into.
(3) The measured material needs a set of conveying device to convey the material into the machine, the conveying device should be arranged according to the user's site conditions.
(4) The material is transported to the mold for pressing, and the mold is designed as a double-station fully automatic mode with free setting of the number of exhausts, and the 1st and 2nd stations work in turn for high pressing efficiency, and the mold is released by a multi-stage hydraulic system for smooth release to ensure the crucible density.
(5) The most core machine for pressing crucible is the crucible forming hydraulic press, different models of hydraulic press are customized according to the size of the product, currently the most commonly used is 1500 tons 2000 tons 2500 tons crucible forming hydraulic press.
(6) After the crucible is pressed and dried out, a complete crucible is ready.
